About the service

We will work with you to find a new home or keep your existing one, helping you to live as independently as possible.

We do this by supporting you in the following areas:

  • Finding and setting up a home
  • Helping you move out of supported accommodation and resettling
  • Support if you are struggling with your tenancy
  • Advice and guidance around debt and money management
  • Dealing with evictions and possession proceedings
  • Making benefit claims
  • Help with understanding housing rights and responsibilities
  • Help with resolving problems with neighbours
  • Support with developing the skills you need to live independently
  • Help to access specialist services
  • Help to maintain contact with statutory services and other support providers
  • Help to access education, training and employment opportunities.

One-to-one support

You will be allocated your own support worker who will help you identify and overcome any housing-related difficulties that are preventing you from living independently, or putting you at risk of homelessness.

All we expect from you is to meet us as agreed and work with us – help us to help you.

The service is open Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 4.30pm. If needed, we are available up to 8pm (by prior arrangement).
